Services
The Belle Noel provides professional holiday decorating and lighting services for commercial and residential properties in the Washington D.C. Metro Area. This includes installation, maintenance, removal, and storage of decorations and lights during the holiday season.

Orders & Payment
All orders placed through our website or over the phone are subject to availability. Order details including pricing, installation dates, and decor packages will be confirmed with you. Full payment is due prior to installation unless other arrangements have been made and approved in writing. Accepted payment methods are credit card, cash, and check.

Installations
Our team will arrive during the scheduled installation window to set up your holiday decorations and lighting. You agree to provide adequate access to all installation areas on your property. Any delays or obstructions causing additional time may result in extra fees being charged. Our installers will operate all equipment with due care and caution, but we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage caused during routine installations.

Removals & Storage
Our team will remove all holiday decor and lights by the confirmed removal date. Unless you have paid for storage services, all items will be promptly removed from your property. We are not responsible for any decor, lights or other items left behind by you.

Customer Property
You are responsible for having all areas clear and free of obstructions prior to our team arriving for installation or removal. We are not liable for any damage to your property unless directly caused by our gross negligence. Any concerns need to be brought to our attention within 48 hours.

Inclement Weather
For the safety of our crews, we may need to reschedule installations or removals in the event of severe weather. If this occurs, we will make all reasonable efforts to alert you of any delays or changes as soon as possible.

Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that The Belle Noel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or other type of damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms and conditions.

Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any order at our discretion if we believe the terms and conditions have been violated in any way.

Changes to Terms
The Belle Noel may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. You should review it periodically, and your continued use of our services means you agree to be bound by any new or modified terms.
